Talent Finance are exclusively partnered with our client to hire a Treasury Accountant for a newly created role that will report directly into the Finance Director as their No.2. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone technically strong, commercially aware and confident who wants to take ownership, drive improvements and help shape a growing finance function.
This unique role will naturally evolve, so we’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, bring ideas forward, and mentor and support the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily cash operations, cash positioning and forecasting
Improving cash flow processes and developing robust liquidity reporting
Analysing cash trends and supporting strategic financial decisions
Building financial models for investment, debt and risk
Strengthening treasury controls and supporting monthly reporting
Working closely with banks and supporting audit activity

What we’re looking for:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Treasury or cash management experience
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Advanced Excel & financial modelling ability
A collaborative, proactive mindset
Someone confident, curious and able to challenge constructively

Dorset based – Salary is £50k-£60k + Benefits and Hybrid working.
