This role will support the management of firm and fund-level financing activities, liquidity planning, and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong capital markets experience, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.This position offers meaningful exposure to financing strategy, lender negotiations, foreign currency risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across capital markets, legal, and finance teams.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee firm-level and fund-level financing facilities, including credit lines, subscription facilities, and other structured arrangementsSupport negotiation and execution of financing transactions, including coordination with lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholdersEnsure covenant compliance and reporting requirements across all financing arrangementsGather compliance certificates, borrowing base reports, and related lender deliverablesAnalyze liquidity needs and assist with short and long-term cash forecastingExecute and monitor foreign currency transactions and hedging strategiesMonitor interest rate and FX risk exposure and support risk mitigation initiativesMaintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutionsSupport strategic treasury initiatives and capital structure optimization effortsAssist with documentation, internal controls, and treasury process improvementsQualifications7-10+ years of experience in Banking: Fund Finance, Sponsor Coverage or Capital MarketsStrong understanding of debt financing structures and capital markets productsExperience analyzing credit agreements and financing documentationAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in private equity, asset management, or alternative investment platformsDirect experience with subscription facilities or fund-level leverageFamiliarity with foreign exchange execution and hedging instrumentsExperience working with treasury management systemsHigh intellectual curiosity and strong problem solving abilityAbility to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teamsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfort working in a dynamic, transaction-driven environmentGA ValueCompetitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansRetirement savings plan with employer matchingProfessional development opportunities and ongoing trainingCollaborative and inclusive work culture with opportunities for advancementGeneral Atlantic offers a robust reward program to all employees that will support you and your family, maintaining fulfilling, secure and healthy lives now and into the future, which includes but is not limited to medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources and an equal pay program that allows you to earn a base salary of $130,000-200,000 of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience.
