Four Main Responsibilities :Job Weighting% – Main Responsibilities50% – Monitor cash and FX position to ensure both liquidity and profitabilitymonthly cash forecast, quarterly LBE and annual planintercompany transactions settlements via Netting systemHedge programme plan, execution and reportingmanage the relationship with bank35% – Monitor Treasury ComplianceLOI/approval matrix for payments, loans, other cash transactionsrespond to audit queriesannual regulatory report15% – Other Treasury related Matters :ESPPpension fund etc.annual insurance programmMajor Responsibilities/Activities :Cash ManagementsMonthly/quarterly forecast and LBE reporting, variance analysis, monitoring key business changes which drives cash fluctuationFunding proposal/plan to address cash issues ie. monitoring on liquidity/borrowing status (drawdown, rollover, repayment or prepayment, short term investment), optimizing borrowing term and interest by balancing the liquidity and financial costs.Driving key treasury activities :TPA, dividends, ICB settlements or any measurements helping cash positions.FX ManagementsMonthly FX position forecasting and reporting, variance analysis, etc.Hedging Executions from bidding, exercising, signoff, reporting, recording till final realization.Driving key FX initiatives : annual cash flow hedge forecastingBe responsible for month/year end closing activities of treasury team such as cash reconciliation reports, and forward contract revaluation and account explanation.Prepare reports timely and accurately per local requirements and Global requirements.Bank Relations Managements :LOI drafting and implementingLeading every topic/issue/dialogues with banks at affiliate level.REQUIREMENTS :Position experiences : 5+ years of professional financial experience/exposureGood communication skill, problem solving and presentation skills.Basic analytical skills and very good numerical skillsLanguage Skills：Good command of English is a must. Korea and Japanse are preferred.Computer Skills :Mastery financial tools and ERP system knowledge and good technical skillsOther Special requirement :Good working attitude and team work spirit as well as good sense of responsibility
