Global Job Families Title (Internal): Financial AnalystGo to Market / Specific Posting Title (External): Junior Treasury AnalystThe Junior Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury team in managing global cashmanagement, in-house bank operations, intercompany funding activities, and bankinginfrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting with bank administration,intercompany loan documentation, intercompany transfers, foreign exchange (FX)transactions, intercompany netting systems and processes, treasury management systemadministration, and strategic banking projects. The position offers an excellent opportunityto gain exposure to global treasury operations, liquidity management, bankingrelationships, and treasury technology.ResponsibilitiesIn-House Bank & Intercompany Activities Support the administration and daily operations of the company’s in-house bankstructure. Prepare and maintain intercompany loan agreements and supportingdocumentation. Assist with intercompany funding requests and settlements. Initiate and monitor intercompany transfers to support liquidity management andworking capital needs. Maintain accurate records of intercompany balances and transactions. Support month-end reporting and reconciliation of intercompany treasury activities.Treasury Management System (Kyriba) Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Kyriba TreasuryManagement System. Support user testing, data validation, system configuration, and documentationefforts. Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders andexternal vendors. Maintain treasury reporting and dashboards within Kyriba. Support treasury process optimization and automation initiatives.Foreign Exchange & Cash Management Assist with the execution and confirmation of FX spot trades under the direction ofTreasury leadership. Monitor FX settlements and ensure timely processing. Support daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting activities. Assist with cash forecasting and treasury reporting processes.Banking Operations & Connectivity Support bank connectivity projects, including testing and implementation of bankinterfaces. Coordinate documentation required for bank account openings, closures, andmaintenance. Support the migration of bank accounts and treasury services to strategic bankingpartners. Maintain bank account inventories, signatory records, and treasury documentation.Netting & Settlement Operations Support the administration and daily operation of the company’s intercompanynetting program. Manage and maintain the Coprocess netting platform, including participantonboarding, user administration and system maintenance. Coordinate monthly netting cycles and ensure timely submission of intercompanyinvoices and balances. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between netting reports, accounting records,and participant submissions. Reconcile netting settlements and ensure payments are accurately processed andrecorded. Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to validate intercompany balances andsettlement activity. Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements related to nettingoperations. Maintain netting procedures, controls, and supporting documentation to ensureCompliance With Company Policies And Audit Requirements.Treasury Projects & Reporting Assist with treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership and Finance. Support internal and external audit requests. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and documentationrequirements. Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.Education / QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, ora related field.Experience 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and bankingservices. Familiarity with foreign exchange transactions and intercompany funding conceptsis preferred. Experience with Treasury Management Systems, particularly Kyriba, is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Accounting, Tax, andBanking partners.Preferred Attributes Eagerness to learn treasury operations and treasury technology.
