With a footprint spanning dozens of global offices and thousands of industry professionals, they are seeking a high-caliber VP to join their Treasury leadership unit in a newly established strategic role.OverviewServing as a crucial bridge between Treasury, Front Office desks, Risk, and Corporate Finance, you will play a central role in executing capital management strategies, modernizing liquidity frameworks, and optimizing day-to-day balance sheet activities.This is a dynamic, high-visibility role ideal for an experienced financial services professional looking to directly influence corporate strategy, regulatory readiness, and operational architecture.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary operational partner to the US Treasurer, driving novel liquidity programs, funding initiatives, and collateral optimization strategies.Identify structural efficiencies across Treasury operations; design, test, and roll out automated workflow tools to optimize cash visibility and risk reporting.Maintain firm-wide compliance with applicable regulatory mandates (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA). Oversee capital policy maintenance, including Contingency Funding Plans and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).Refine daily liquidity monitoring models and stress-testing parameters in tandem with Risk Management to reflect evolving market conditions.Prepare executive briefings and represent the Treasury group in engagements with regulatory bodies, auditing firms, and rating agencies.Lead internal control assessments (RCSA) in partnership with Operational Risk and oversee capital risk reviews for prospective product rollouts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.8+ years of progressive Treasury, Business Management, or financial risk experience within broker-dealer, derivatives, or institutional banking environments.In-depth understanding of US capital markets regulations, funding dynamics, and liquidity management principles.High-impact communicator capable of simplifying complex balance sheet topics for executive leadership and external oversight bodies.Proven track record of managing competing priorities in high-velocity, transaction-heavy financial environments.Self-directed analytical thinker with strong project management instincts and a collaborative leadership style.Core Values & CultureClient Centricity & Integrity: Driven by transparent execution, rigorous ethical standards, and accountability.Agility & Innovation: Built on non-bureaucratic, highly adaptable operations that empower decisive action.Collaborative Growth: Dedicated to team-first problem solving, open dialog, and long-term career advancement.
