For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Treasury & Financial Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $161,000 – $218,500 annuallyResponsibilities Architect and implement scalable financial workflows for new FinTech products Manage the analyst team’s daily operations without disrupting their leadership connection Oversee daily treasury operations, including wire transfers and cash reconciliations Drive automation in remittance reporting by collaborating with Servicing & Data teams Strengthen treasury controls aligned with a public company & SOX mandates Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in wire processes to optimize efficiency Act as a communication bridge, translating technical challenges to leadership and strategic goals to the teamQualifications 8-10 years in financial operations or treasury, preferably in fast-paced FinTech or high-growth financial services; deep expertise in mortgage servicing is a plus Experience designing payment infrastructure and operational flows of funds, including Wires and ACH Proven ability to mentor and guide team workflows through functional leadership and influence Hands-on execution experience with strong risk judgment in high-pressure environments Experience in SOX-compliant settings Ambition and capability to scale into broader leadership rolesBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents on select plans 401(k) plan with employer contributions and flexible spending accounts (HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA) Employer-paid life and disability insurance Generous PTO plan with 11 observed holidays and up to 12 weeks of paid family leave Continuing education reimbursement programOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
