We support a diverse, blue-chip customer base across the power generation industry, including coal, nuclear, and natural gas markets, as well as diversified industrial sectors such as pulp and paper, food and beverage, and petrochemical industries.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Treasury Associate to join our finance team and support critical treasury operations across our organization.Role OverviewThe Treasury Associate will support daily treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking activities while partnering with finance teams across multiple locations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Treasurer and plays a key role in ensuring efficient cash management, payment processing, and financial reporting support.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in treasury, public accounting, or related finance/accounting roles and a strong understanding of cash operations and financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and determine daily cash positions and assist with short-term liquidity management, including debt drawdowns and repaymentsExecute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions while supporting the company’s transition away from physical checksPartner with FP&A to develop, maintain, and improve rolling cash flow forecastsAssist with investing excess cash in accordance with corporate investment policies and guidelinesSupport banking administration activities and treasury-related projectsCollaborate with finance teams across multiple locations to ensure accurate and timely financial operationsRequired Qualifications EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience2+ years of experience in treasury, public accounting, finance, accounting, or a related role preferredSkills & CompetenciesFoundational understanding of treasury management principles and cash operationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysisExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a multi-location organizationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support sound business decisionsWhy Join Power Services Group?At PSG, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that supports critical infrastructure across the energy and industrial sectors.
