Treasury Manager – High-Growth FinTechLondon | Hybrid | £80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + BensA rapidly expanding FinTech, having experienced impressive growth in recent years, is looking to appoint a Treasury Manager to take ownership of treasury, cash management and liquidity across the Group.This is a newly created opportunity within a fast-growing, regulated financial-services business, offering the chance to build and develop a treasury function as the business continues to scale.Key areas will include:Taking ownership of group-wide treasury and cash management, ensuring accurate visibility of cash positions and future requirementsDeveloping and maintaining cash flow forecasts and providing insight into liquidity and funding requirementsSupporting the wider Finance team with regulatory capital, liquidity and treasury reportingReviewing and improving reconciliations, controls and cash-management processesWorking with Finance and operational teams to understand cash movements and improve cash generationBuilding more efficient and scalable treasury processes and reporting as the business growsIdentifying opportunities to introduce automation, improved systems and better management informationActing as a key Treasury contact for the CFO and senior Finance stakeholders, providing insight and highlighting potential risks or opportunitiesWe’re looking for someone with:Proven experience in Treasury, cash management, liquidity or regulatory financeExperience within financial services or another regulated environmentStrong understanding of regulatory capital and/or regulatory reportingExperience managing cash forecasting, reconciliations and complex cash movementsStrong Excel and financial modelling skillsExperience building or improving processes and controlsA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownershipStrong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior stakeholdersACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferredPlease send your CV to apply.Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.For similar opportunities and the latest updates from CMC Consulting please follow our company page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/cmc-consulting
