We foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within our teams.About the RoleThe Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting TERREPOWER Europe treasury activities together with the Treasury team in the US. Main responsibilities will be working capital optimization, cash management, foreign exchange risk mitigation, and banking relationship management. The role plays a key part in ensuring liquidity, improving cash flow performance, maintaining compliance with treasury policies, and providing analytical support to strategic treasury initiatives. This position requires a proactive and analytical finance professional with approximately 3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, or financial analysis.ResponsibilitiesWorking Capital Optimization Analyze and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Inventory performance.Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion cycle and free cash flow.Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve working capital metrics.Monitor key working capital KPIs, including: DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)DPO (Days Payable Outstanding)Inventory DaysProvide recommendations to improve cash generation and working capital efficiency.Cash Management & Liquidity Planning Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities and bank accounts.Support short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting processes.Assist in optimizing cash utilization and funding requirements.Support initiatives aimed at centralizing and improving treasury operations.Prepare cash management reports and dashboards for management review.Foreign Exchange Risk Management Support the identification, monitoring, and mitigation of foreign exchange exposures.Maintain FX exposure reporting and perform variance analysis.Coordinate with business units to improve visibility of currency risks.Banking & Treasury Operations Support and maintain relationships with external banking partners.Assist with bank account administration, signatory management, and treasury documentation.Participate in bank fee reviews and banking service optimization initiatives.Ensure treasury systems and banking platforms are maintained and operating effectively.Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, delegation of authority, and financial controls.Support adherence to external regulatory requirements and banking regulations.Assist with internal and external audits related to treasury activities.Maintain accurate documentation of treasury transactions and controls.Treasury Projects & Strategic Initiatives Support strategic cash management and treasury transformation projects.Participate in treasury process improvements and automation initiatives.Contribute to the implementation of treasury management systems, cash pooling structures, and banking optimization projects.Provide analytical support for capital structure, funding, and liquidity initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Treasury certification (CTP, ACT, or equivalent) is an advantage.Required SkillsApproximately 3 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.Experience working with cash forecasting, working capital analysis, or treasury operations.Exposure to multinational and multi-currency environments is desirable.Preferred SkillsStrong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.Advanced Excel skills.Understanding of foreign exchange markets and treasury controls.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementTERREPOWER Europe is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
