Reporting to the Treasurer and based in our White Plains, NY headquarters, this role will play a key part in optimizing cash resources, strengthening banking relationships, supporting financing activities, and enhancing treasury processes and controls.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong understanding of treasury operations and financial management. This individual will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, accounting, legal, and operational teams.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCash & Liquidity ManagementMonitor daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities and banking platformsExecute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions accurately and on a timely basisPrepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecastsAnalyze cash requirements and recommend funding and liquidity management strategiesSupport daily and monthly cash reporting and related treasury activitiesBanking & Financial RelationshipsMaintain relationships with banking partners and support efforts to optimize banking structures and servicesAssist in negotiating and implementing banking agreements and fee structuresManage bank account administration, including account openings, closings, maintenance, and signatory updatesMaintain banking documentation, online banking access, authorized signer records, SOX controls, and FBAR-related documentationAssist in the execution and administration of letters of credit, performance bonds, and other financial instrumentsDebt & Investment ManagementTrack and monitor debt facilities, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirementsAssist with debt servicing activities, including interest payments and lender reportingAnalyze short-term investment opportunities in accordance with company investment policiesPrepare periodic reports on debt obligations, investment performance, and treasury metricsFinancial Risk ManagementSupport the monitoring and management of foreign exchange, interest rate, and other financial risksAssist with execution and administration of hedging activities and related documentationEnsure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirementsReporting & AnalysisPrepare regular treasury reporting packages, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, investment activity, and risk assessmentsSupport quarterly and annual financial reporting and disclosure requirements related to treasury activitiesPerform ad hoc financial analyses and modeling to support strategic and operational initiativesProcess Improvement & TechnologyLeverage Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking technologies to streamline treasury operationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reporting accuracy, and internal controlsSupport treasury-related system implementations, upgrades, and integration projectsStay informed of emerging treasury technologies, industry trends, and best practicesQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of corporate treasury, corporate finance, or related experienceMBA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, or CFA designation preferredStrong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, debt administration, and treasury controlsAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERPs and Treasury Management SystemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyExperience in a public company environment preferredProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWork Hours and ArrangementsMonday – Friday; standard business hours. This role is expected to work in the office hybrid, at least 3 days per week.
