The QTI Group is partnering with a growing community bank to identify a Senior Vice President – Treasury Management to lead and expand their treasury department. This is a high-impact, leadership-level opportunity designed for a driven professional who thrives in a player-coach role, combining business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.Our client is in a strong growth phase and seeking someone who can help expand treasury services, drive deposit growth, and contribute strategically to the bank’s continued success. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape a program while maintaining direct client engagement.This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based out of New London, WI, with flexibility and market-facing responsibilities. Compensation starts at $130K+ annually (based on experience), with up to 20% bonus potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Responsibilities:Develop new treasury management relationships and drive deposit growth through active prospecting and networkingProactively call on prospective businesses and centers of influence to generate new commercial banking opportunitiesMaintain and grow existing client relationships through account reviews, cross-selling, and strategic consultationPartner closely with Commercial and Agricultural Banking teams to deliver integrated banking solutionsLead, coach, and support Treasury Management Officers, contributing to overall team performance and developmentAct as a subject matter expert on treasury and deposit products, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client documentationStay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance service deliveryRepresent the bank in the community through networking, events, and professional associationsQualifications:5+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Commercial BankingDemonstrated success in business development, deposit growth, and client acquisitionStrong knowledge of treasury products, including cash management, payments, and liquidity solutionsProven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal banking teamsLeadership experience—or the ability to mentor and develop others—in a player-coach environmentSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a growth-oriented environmentStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree in a related field preferredCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred (or willingness to obtain)If you’re a driven treasury professional looking for an opportunity to make a measurable impact, lead a team, and help grow a high-potential banking organization, we’d love to connect with you.
