Sr. Analyst, TreasuryJob SummaryThis position will assist with management of the Company’s cash flows, liquidity, debt, and financial risk. They will monitor bank activity, conduct financial analyses, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Requirements include a strong understanding of financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to make sound financial decisions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage secured loan portfolioManage secured debt complianceAssist with unsecured debt compliance and portfolio managementDevelop and maintain various tables and dashboards for debt reportingPerform interest and other debt-related analysesAnalyze banking data and research banking relationshipsDevelop and implement internal control policies and proceduresReview processes and recommend improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree3-5 plus years working in Commercial Real Estate, finance and/or bankingAdditional education may be substituted for work experience on a case by case basisCompetenciesBank software/platform experienceExpertise with treasury or related softwareStrong interpersonal skills and problem solvingTechnical knowledgeModerate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPerforms sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required.
