As Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day treasury and banking activities while providing functional leadership to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.

What you’ll do:
Oversee and assist in processing banking transactions such as ACH & wire payments, executing letters of credit, performance bonds, hedging transactions and similar instruments
Manage accounts payable in respect to accuracy in invoice processing, vendor payments, and vendor management; ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance with terms
Provide oversight of the accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, credit management, and cash application
Establish and maintain appropriate banking and system controls, including authorized signers, account access, user permissions, and approval workflows
Oversee employee expense report and corporate credit card program processing
Serve as liaison between AP/AR/Treasury and other departments, providing service, resolve issues, and regular reporting of key metrics and performance
Develop procedures and train team members to adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and maintain internal controls over all treasury activities
Manages up to 8 direct reports

What you’ll need:
Minimum of a BS degree in accounting
Minimum of three to five years of experience in accounting
Understanding of banking systems, services and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Experience with SAP preferred
