Job DescriptionThe Senior Treasury Analyst, Treasury Operations will support the execution and continuous improvement of ADI’s global treasury activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient cash management, strong internal controls, and reliable treasury operations in a newly independent, publicly traded company environment.The position partners closely with Treasury leadership, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and external banking partners to support liquidity management, banking operations, treasury systems, and compliance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCash Management & Liquidity SupportAssist with daily global cash positioning and reportingSupport cash flow forecasting processes by gathering inputs, analyzing variances, and ensuring accuracyMonitor liquidity levels and help ensure efficient deployment of cashOptimize global liquidity structures, including cash concentration, pooling arrangements, and regional funding needsExecute intercompany funding activities and cash transfersBanking & Treasury OperationsMaintain bank account structures, including documentation, signatories, and account administrationSupport cash concentration, pooling, and movement of funds across entitiesServe as a treasury contact for designated banking partners and support evaluation of banking services, pricing, and operational performance.Treasury Systems & Data ManagementSupport administration and use of treasury systems and banking platforms (e.g., TMS, e-banking portals)Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and adherence to access controlsAssist with system enhancements, implementations, and process documentationPayments, Controls & ComplianceExecute and monitor payment processes (wires, ACH, intercompany settlements) in accordance with policiesMaintain documentation for treasury policies and proceduresSupport SOX controls, audit requests, and internal compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities to strengthen controls and mitigate operational riskIntercompany & Working CapitalSupport intercompany loan activity, interest calculations, and reconciliationsPartner with Accounting and Tax to ensure proper recording and complianceAssist in initiatives to improve cash visibility and working capital efficiencyReporting & AnalysisPrepare routine treasury reporting, dashboards, and analysis for managementAnalyze trends in cash flow, banking activity, and liquidity metricsSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as neededContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencySupport automation initiatives and standardization across treasury operationsContribute to building scalable processes in a public company environmentAssist treasury-related projects including banking integrations, account rationalization, treasury technology enhancements, and process transformation initiativesYOU MUST HAVE:4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance Solid understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking connectivity solutions Exposure to SOX-controlled environments or public company processes preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredWE VALUE:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with a control-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skillsContinuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and process optimizationWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter Benefit, Pet Insurance and 401k participation from Day 1 12 paid holidays each year Four weeks parental leave without using vacation time Employee discounts on company products and other retail/service providers Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends Opportunity to progress within a global business About UsResideo is a global leader in smart home and building solutions, with trusted brands including Honeywell Home, First Alert, and Resideo helping people feel more comfortable, secure, connected, and in control every day.
