You will oversee daily account reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure the top-quality of our payment processes. By collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will maintain seamless cash flows, support operational excellence, and contribute to reliable financial reporting.Your tasksPerform daily reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with financial recordsYou will be responsible for identifying investigating, and resolving variances or differences in financial data in a timely mannerAct as a key point of contact for external customers, providing high-quality service and supportCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries and streamline processesManage and clarify ongoing changes in customer master data to ensure system integrityCross-functional collaboration is essential. You will partner closely with adjoining departments, including Customer Success and Compliance, to ensure seamless workflows and complianceYour ExperienceDeep understanding of modern payment infrastructures, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational financial processesA degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Business Law or similar is highly preferred.While we will provide training, experience with SAP and Salesforce is a major plus.
