This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead with impact, foster financial excellence, and contribute to the sustainable success of our organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with organizational goals, including cash flow management, investment planning, and risk mitigation.Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and industry-specific regulations.Manage banking relationships, facilitate treasury operations such as accounts payable and receivable, and optimize liquidity through effective cash flow analysis.Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and develop financial projection models to support strategic decision-making.Ensure accurate general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis to maintain precise financial records.Conduct risk analysis related to financial markets, investments, and regulatory changes; develop strategies for risk management and cost control.Supervise a team of finance professionals in areas such as corporate accounting, governmental accounting, cost accounting, and financial software systems.ExperienceProven experience in finance leadership roles with extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific financial regulations.Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, treasury management, risk analysis, and strategic planning within a nonprofit or corporate environment.Strong background in financial analysis, industry knowledge of financial markets, and experience developing complex financial models using data analytics tools and Excel data analysis techniques.Skilled in managing finance teams with a focus on leadership development, strategic management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and interpreting complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.Join us as a Treasurer to lead our financial initiatives with energy and precision—driving growth while ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility.
