We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join a growing organization and take meaningful ownership across the company’s day-to-day treasury function. This role will be responsible for core treasury activities including cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships and covenant compliance, while also gaining exposure to capital markets and strategic financing initiatives.The ideal candidate is currently working within a corporate treasury function and has hands-on experience managing cash and liquidity, supporting debt facilities and working with banking partners. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with greater ownership, direct exposure to senior finance leadership and the ability to expand into more strategic treasury and capital markets responsibilities over time.Key ResponsibilitiesCash Management & Liquidity• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor cash balances across bank accounts and legal entities• Prepare and maintain short and medium-term cash forecasts to identify liquidity and funding requirements• Coordinate cash movements, wires, transfers and intercompany funding• Monitor upcoming operating requirements, debt service and other significant cash obligations• Analyze liquidity and recommend appropriate funding or cash deployment strategies• Maintain accurate treasury reporting and identify opportunities to improve forecasting and cash management processesDebt & Credit Facilities• Support the day-to-day administration of the company’s debt portfolio and credit facilities• Maintain debt schedules and monitor principal, interest, maturities and other payment obligations• Monitor borrowing capacity and availability under revolving and other credit facilities• Coordinate draws, repayments and other borrowing activity• Track financial and operational covenants and prepare supporting analysis for compliance certificates and lender reporting• Review credit agreements and financing documentation to understand key terms, obligations and reporting requirementsBanking & Treasury Operations• Serve as a day-to-day contact for banking partners and support broader bank relationship management• Manage bank account administration, authorized signers and treasury documentation• Support treasury controls, policies and procedures• Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax and other internal teams on cash reporting, forecasting and funding requirements• Help improve and automate treasury reporting, forecasting and operational processesCapital Markets & Strategic Treasury• Support debt financings, refinancings and other capital markets initiatives• Assist with analysis of debt capacity, interest expense, liquidity and capital structure• Support interest rate risk management and hedging activities• Assist with lender and rating agency materials• Participate in financing transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and closing activities• Prepare treasury and financing analysis for senior leadershipQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field• Approximately 3–6 years of experience, ideally within a corporate treasury function• Hands-on experience with cash management, liquidity forecasting and treasury operations• Experience with corporate debt, credit facilities, covenant compliance or lender reporting preferred• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills• Ability to interpret credit agreements and financing documentation• Experience with treasury management systems and online banking platforms is a plus• Exposure to capital markets, securitizations, rating agencies or interest rate hedging is beneficial but not required• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Ability to independently manage recurring treasury responsibilities and work across multiple priorities• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership, banking partners and other external stakeholdersThe OpportunityThis role offers significantly more breadth and visibility than a traditional Senior Treasury Analyst position. The person joining the team will have meaningful ownership of the company’s treasury operations while gaining exposure to sophisticated financing and capital markets activity.For someone coming from a larger corporate treasury organization, this is an opportunity to broaden their responsibilities, work more closely with senior finance leadership and develop experience across both the operational and strategic sides of treasury.
