SailPoint is seeking a self-motivated Treasury Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  This individual will have the opportunity to own treasury responsibilities and build best practices for reporting, liquidity, risk, and investment management. This role will report to the Global Head of Tax and work closely with senior leaders across finance, accounting, and tax.Responsibilities: Reporting and AnalysisPrepare regular reports with KPIs, including cash summaries, liquidity metrics, risk & investment performance, banking fees, risk exposures Develop and maintain free cash flow models to forecast future cash flows, incorporating detailed scenario analyses and sensitivity testing for senior leadershipEmploy strategies to identify, analyze, and mitigate FX exposure across global operations, implement hedging strategies (if applicable)Collaborate with FP&A, accounting and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate cash flow managementCash and Liquidity ManagementManage daily cash activities including cash reconciliation and bank reconciliationsManage surplus cash and short-term investment portfolios to maximize returns while maintaining liquidityExecute transfer of funds between domestic and international bank accounts, including inter-company settlements, as requiredBanking and Financial RelationshipsManage worldwide banking and financial institution relationshipsEnsure streamlined compliance process with KYC and AML requirementsPerform bank account administrative tasks, including opening, closures, signatory updatesOversee debt and credit facility management: monitor covenant compliance, support drawdown/repayment, liaise with lenders and rating agencies as requiredTechnology and Process OptimizationScope, implement, and optimize treasury management system toolsCollaborate with IT to implement automation tools and enhance system integrations.Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Compliance and Ad-hoc responsibilities Develop and maintain treasury policies, internal controls and documentation in compliance with SOX, internal audit, regulatory and external reporting requirementsServe as contact for risk management and own corporate insurance renewals and address insurance inquiries Support management with various projects as neededRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or 8+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance or banking experience, ideally within a large, multinational or publicly-traded company; significant exposure to global operations Experience building and managing treasury teamsSolid understanding of FX, interest-rate risk management, and hedging techniques (or exposure to those)Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, and treasury systems.Preferred QualificationsCertified Treasury ProfessionalExperience implementing and utilizing Treasury Management SystemsExperience in fast-paced growth companiesThe Path to Success (Milestones): 1-Month MilestonesGain a comprehensive understanding of SailPoint’s current Treasury operations, including existing systems, policies, and payment workflows.Familiarize with the ongoing Trovata Treasury Management System (TMS) contract status and initial implementation plans.Meet key internal stakeholders across finance, accounting, and IT, as well as external banking partners to understand existing relationships.Begin auditing existing cash management processes to identify initial areas for operational efficiency improvements.2-Month Milestones:Solidify working relationships with internal teams and external financial institutions.Independently perform routine daily cash activities, such as cash and bank reconciliations, and manage surplus cash/short-term investments to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.Engage hands-on with banking portals and various payment types, including wires, foreign-exchange trading activity, global ACH, and host-to-host connectivity.Actively contribute initial input and data to the ongoing Trovata TMS implementation process.3-Month Milestones:Be fully ramped on core Treasury tools and processes, demonstrating a hands-on approach to managing complex transaction workflows.Present initial findings and actionable recommendations to management for optimizing Treasury operations and leveraging Trovata TMS functionalities.Actively guide the Trovata implementation, applying hands-on Treasury systems expertise and ensuring progress aligned with the anticipated January/February completion.6-Month Milestones:Achieve concrete quantitative results by successfully guiding and contributing to the completion of the Trovata TMS implementation.Demonstrate significant improvements in the efficiency and accuracy of cash management, payment execution, and overall Treasury operations, moving work forward on schedule.Proactively refine existing processes and identify new opportunities for automation and optimization within the Treasury function, including exploring useful AI-agent applications within Trovata.Effectively manage and execute global Treasury operations, including overseas payments and foreign-exchange trades, consistently maintaining accurate information and detailed trackingBenefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-max, USD): $101,400 – $170,864.00Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.Benefits Overview1.
