Our associates are empowered to chase their career dreams while being supported every step of the way.A Day in the Life of a Cash Management AnalystAs a Cash Management Analyst, you will assist the Enterprise in keeping its payment promise to customers and maximizing its investment income by 1) forecasting cash available in several bank accounts, 2) executing funds transfers to cover expected disbursements, and 3) reconciling the prior day’s forecast against actual bank activity. You will interact with a Treasury workstation, bank websites, and in-house mainframe and accounting systems to ensure proper recording of bank transactions. The ability to investigate discrepancies between forecast and actual bank transactions, identify root causes of differences, and use those learnings to refine future forecasts will be critical for this position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes cash flows to determine the current day cash position of assigned companies in the enterprise.Communicates cash position information within a very restricted timeframe.For non-life (Eagle and IFS) companies, assesses daily cash positions and determines whether to invest excess cash in money market accounts or redeem from those accounts to cover cash deficits.Utilizes a Treasury workstation for collecting financial data on each company/portfolio. Quickly manipulating online bank applications to gather current bank balances.
