Position SummaryThe Treasurer manages cash availability, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and authorized payment execution. The position monitors deposits and Comdata/Trendar settlements, maintains reliable cash forecasts, and safeguards banking activities through established financial controls.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions and bank balances across business entities.Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts covering payroll, vendor payments, debt service, and capital expenditures.Execute approved ACH payments, wire transfers, and account transfers.Monitor store deposits and investigate missing or delayed receipts.Reconcile Comdata/Trendar settlements, fees, adjustments, and bank deposits.Review cash-related accounting records in PDI Enterprise and coordinate reconciliation with accounting.Manage bank account administration, authorized signers, and banking services.Track financing obligations and repayment schedules.Coordinate payment timing and funding requirements with AP and leadership.Maintain controls over banking access, payment approvals, and changes to payment instructions.Escalate liquidity concerns and unusual transactions promptly.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.5+ years of corporate treasury or cash management experience.Hands-on experience with PDI Enterprise and Comdata/Trendar settlement reconciliation.Experience managing multiple bank accounts and business entities.Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, ACH and wire payments, and internal controls.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Preferred QualificationsCertified Treasury Professional (CTP).Fuel retail or convenience store industry experience.Performance ExpectationsReliable cash forecasts; timely authorized payments; reconciled deposits and settlements; controlled banking access and payment instructions.
