We invite you to be part of our Company where you can grow your career and serve with your heart.In our time of Company growth, we seek a TreasurerWork Locations: Bradenton, FLAs Part Of This Role, You WillManage incoming and outgoing cash effectively dailyDevelop strategies to optimize cash position of the companyPredict cash requirements and cash position through analysis of budgetary needs and financial reportsForecast daily cash position by utilizing cash receipts and disbursementsAnalyze the company’s cash flow mechanism and prepare monthly variance reportMaintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reportsDevelop investment and loan procedures by analyzing fund needs and surplus fundsEvaluate investment options and risk factors before investing surplus fundsFollow standard procedures to improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reportingCreate new systems to optimize cash inflow from different business activities and reduce the risk of credit lossesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related fieldA minimum of four (4) years of experience in general accounting or a related field.Experience with general ledger and accounts payable applications on a computerized system.Prior experience with RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’sBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusSummaryThe Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of the cash management function, including the development andmanagement of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations. Responsible forproviding leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting functionsare completed in a timely manner while in compliance with policy and regulations.MCR Health is a drug-free workplace.
