Role: Senior Vice President, Treasury and ALMResponsibilitiesLead balance sheet management, liquidity, and interest rate risk strategies for a global financial services organization.Design and execute Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies, oversee liquidity and capital planning, and optimize funds transfer pricing across business units.Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Markets, and Technology teams to enhance models, analytics, and ensure regulatory compliance (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, CCAR).Provide insights and reports to senior leadership and regulators to support strategic decision-making.Develop and lead a high-performing, collaborative Treasury team.Qualifications & SkillsExtensive experience in treasury, ALM, liquidity, and interest rate risk management within a financial services environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and improve models and analytical tools.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
