Fram is working with an established financial services firm that is looking to engage with a Treasury & Payments Operations Analyst to support its day-to-day operations. The role offers broad involvement across safeguarding, treasury, settlements and payment processing, with some exposure to financial crime and compliance.The position involves carrying out daily safeguarding reconciliations, ensuring client funds are correctly accounted for and investigating any discrepancies. There is regular interaction with senior management, with responsibility for producing accurate reports and ensuring reconciliation issues are identified and resolved promptly.Alongside safeguarding, the role includes managing settlement activity with liquidity providers, monitoring incoming client funds, processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful individual will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timescales.There is also involvement in reconciling bank balances, monitoring margin requirements and supporting the Compliance Director with aspects of client onboarding, transaction monitoring and periodic reviews.This may appeal to someone with experience in treasury, payments, settlements or financial services operations who enjoys working in a varied and hands-on role. Previous experience of safeguarding, reconciliations or payment processing would be particularly beneficial.
