A broad treasury and corporate finance role supporting funding activities, debt management, financial analysis and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior treasury leadership, the role offers exposure to financing transactions, treasury reporting, governance processes and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport funding, financing and treasury activities.Produce financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making.Coordinate financing transactions and governance processes.Manage relationships with lenders, advisers and financial institutions.Monitor debt facilities, reporting obligations and covenant compliance.Support senior management and Board reporting.Enhance treasury processes, controls and reporting.Build strong relationships across finance and wider business teams.Candidate ProfileExperience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, project finance or a related field.Strong understanding of debt financing, financial analysis and reporting.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional qualification, or studying towards ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent.Relevant backgrounds include corporate treasury, infrastructure and project finance, fund finance, leveraged finance and corporate banking, with exposure to debt financing and funding activities.
