What Will You Be Doing?
The Treasury department is a high exposure component of the corporate finance area of the company that manages a variety of important responsibilities that are impactful. The treasury analyst role is an integral part of the department. Responsibilities for this position will primarily include exposure to managing the companys fuel operations, which relies heavily on traditional financial concepts such as: forecasting, logistics and cost modeling, and advanced analytics. Additional responsibilities will focus on corporate finance, risk management, ad hoc financial analysis projects frequently required by senior management. The treasury analyst will interact with external and internal stakeholders. Further, the treasury analyst will be expected to contribute to other areas of the treasury team.
The Sr. Treasury Analyst should have experience with forecasting, market reporting, reconciling, reporting financial metrics, and knowledge of financial statements. The treasury analyst should have experience in commodities markets, contract negotiation and review, managing internal and external business relationships, business intelligence tools and applications. Additionally, the analyst should be familiar with typical legal and business processes as well as appropriate forms of communication to executive levels of the company. The treasury analyst should have experience working closely with other support and functional departments, to gather, analyze and present information.
