Associate Director, Finance, Corporate Tax & Treasury
Requirement:

Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns globally. Including but not limited to Canada, Dublin, UK, Jersey, Singapore, Hong Kong
- Partner with internal stakeholders providing tax advice regarding corporate, FATCA, employee tax, or cross-border issues
- Research and advise on tax matters, limiting reliance on outside firms
- Ensure compliance with Corporate FATCA tax filings and forms
- Oversee global transfer pricing program. Support legal and outsourcing teams with design of agreements and ensure transfer pricing studies are maintained following local tax requirements
- Ensure global intercompany relationships, payments and cash balances are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Support initiatives to monitor and mitigate FX currency risk
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting and/or tax experience in an accounting firm or industry
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS excel (can perform complex functions) Skills
- Tax Preparation experience
- Completed or near completion of ACCA designation
