Is this role right for you? You will be responsible for:

• Review the multiple processes, procedures and reports used by U.S. Treasury to determine best approaches to increase efficiency.
• Develop processes to take in the existing datasets available to U.S. Treasury and automate the current reports used for analytics.
• Produce business intelligence and insights supporting the U.S. Treasury Funding Desk, Balance Sheet Management and the Reporting & Analytics teams.
• Responsible to maintain an up to date inventory of all of US Treasury Framework, Procedures and Policies.
• Support the interactions for U.S. Treasury audits, regulatory reviews and other assessments.
• Responsible for the communication with the central US Governance and Policy team to ensure that any changes made are reflected in US Treasurys documentation.
• Ensure that the US Treasury framework, policies and procedures are consistent with Enterprise Treasurys and where required, if there is divergence from Enterprise due to US specific commercial or regulatory requirements, that separate US versions are created and maintained.
• Progress the documentation through the various review cycles for publication and ensure that all documentation is done in accordance to SBUS standards and formats.
• Schedule the various working groups and committees which US Treasury owns and chairs, and produce the minutes detailing the actions and outcomes of each session.
• Preparation of the slides and materials for each of the US owned working groups and committees.
