Summary of Responsibilities
The associate vice president of treasury will have broad responsibility that includes providing leadership, strategic direction and overall execution to successfully meet the KPIs for the treasury team. This role is responsible for providing strategic direction in the preparation, initiation, releasing, and monitoring of various payment types including ACHs and wire transfers. Additionally, this role has overall responsibility for timely and accurate administration and maintenance of bank accounts and management of the signatory records, as well as managing external banking relationships. Reporting to the vice president of treasury, the associate vice president is an integral member of the senior management team. This position will also interact heavily with various levels and departments within the company as well as various outside individuals. The associate vice president of treasury is strategic in nature and is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive programs, initiatives, and strategies that promote the achievement of optimum operational, financial, and business performance by the company.
