The AVP Assistant Treasurer will provide leadership and direction to a strong team of professionals in all aspects of the Treasury department, including (i) the development and management of systems for the effective and efficient consolidation and forecasting of cash, (ii) payments of obligations, (iii) capital and liquidity planning, (iv) capital market transactions, (v) rating agency relationships, and (vi) negotiation and maintenance of banking and investment banking relationships. This individual will also drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility, establishes best practices, and partners with other parts of the business to ensure operational excellence. Ability to expand responsibilities over time into other areas including corporate finance, market research, capital management and investor relations.
