This position will be responsible for the design and implementation of the treasury functions of the bank. They will evaluate new banking products and services, and design, administer and review bank treasury policies and procedures to establish controls over bank treasury operations.
They will drive, mentor and develop a team and participate in bank teams and firm-wide committees.
They will manage an investment portfolio to handle the bank’s liquidity buffer and ensure adequate liquidity at all times including maintaining, testing and executing a contingency funding plan.
They will build and maintain cash flow forecasting models and processes including shock scenarios for stress testing.
They will manage ongoing asset-liability management and implement interest rate risk management strategies.
They will provide regular reporting to and respond to analysis requests from the Asset and Liability Management Committee (“ALCO”).
