Cash and FX Manager

The client today is looking for a dynamic and responsible Cash & FX Manager to join the department of Group Treasury cash management and FX.
The tasks are very diversified and not limited to:

FX Management:

• Daily Treasury Operations to negotiate, transact, monitor and manage the hedging instruments.
• Coordinate the hedging strategies.
• Evaluate the available market for derivatives and other hedging instruments and their relative costs, benefits, credit exposure and regulatory requirements.
• Report and asses the financial performance of the companys exposures and implemented hedges as compared to the range of possible outcomes.
• Record, maintain and report the FX rates in various systems and to different stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Development, implementation, and updating of Treasury procedures in the related field.
• Take positions in the financial markets to earn positive profits for the company.
• Give support in the internal Hedging processes.

InterCompany

• InterCompany Loan agreements: Issuance, amendments and cancellation.
• Cash Pooling Maintenance.
• Record, maintain and report the InterCompany activities in the different systems and update the different stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Preparation of the Bi-Yearly Credit Risk Spreads to the CHF Cash Pool and Yearly Credit Risk Spreads to the EUR Cash Pool participants and communicate to banks

Liquidity forecast

• Cash flow forecasting operations for the Group (short and long term) partnering with Affiliates and Businesses to forecast timing and amounts of future cash flows and ensure adequate funding of accounts based on forecasted activity.
• Continuous Improvement of the liquidity planning process in order to increase the forecast reliability.
• Implement a group-wide liquidity overview (first on a weekly and then on a daily basis).
• Implement weekly cash forecast reporting across the main divisions
• Raise proposals to optimize the financial resources and short-term investments of the Group based on the liquidity forecast.

Profile

* Bachelor or equivalent
* At ease with e-banking
* Demonstrate a very accurate and organized working style, a committed and flexible personality, being eager to learn and to be able to deal with pressure
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in English
