Cash Investment Accountant

This position is responsible for managing the banking and treasury functions. Will open new bank accounts, initiate transfers and wires, and monitor daily positive pay activity. Will upload cleared checks, monitor LOC interest rate renewal at maturity and prepare LOC interest billings to properties. Will respond to management companies banking inquiries and reviews disbursement schedules analyses daily cash position on Agency Main accounts. Will prepare quarterly cash schedules along with variances analysis. Incumbent will perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. *

• Requires minimum of two years accounting experience. *

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. *

• Knowledge of Libor Maturities *

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. *

• Ability to perform analysis and interpret financial data to solve accounting problems. Spreadsheet and automated accounting experience also required. *

• Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills. *

• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. *
