The team ensures that funds are accurately tracked, payments are processed promptly and accurately, and cash data is reliable enough to support daily liquidity decisions across the organization. This is a steady-state, operational function — the team’s work is continuous and recurring rather than project-based, forming the daily heartbeat of the company’s cash operations.The Opportunity: As a Cash Management Analyst, you will focus on learning the mechanics of corporate cash operations while contributing to the department’s daily workload. You’ll be exposed to the full cash cycle — from payment initiation through bank reconciliation — and will build a working understanding of how cash management connects to accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and the broader finance organization. This role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, since the integrity of daily cash reporting depends on the quality of this work. Over time, you will build the technical foundation needed to grow into more senior finance operations roles.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily transactions and payments (wires, ACH, checks) accurately and within established deadlinesPerform daily and monthly bank account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and internal ledgersMonitor incoming and outgoing cash activity and flag unusual or unexpected transactionsAssist in maintaining accurate cash position reports for use in daily liquidity monitoringSupport data entry, data validation, and data analysis related to cash flow, bank balances, and transaction historyInvestigate and resolve payment exceptions, rejected transactions, and reconciling items in a timely mannerMaintain organized documentation and audit trails for all cash transactions in accordance with internal controlsCollaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistencyAssist with month-end close activities related to cash, including preparing supporting schedulesHelp maintain and update bank account records, signatory lists, and standard operating proceduresSupport ad hoc requests for cash data and reporting from department leadershipWhat You Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data manipulation)High attention to detail and comfort working with numerical data and reconciliationsAbility to manage repetitive, deadline-driven tasks with accuracy and consistencyWhat Sets You ApartFamiliarity with banking portals, payment platforms, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)Coursework or exposure to cash management, working capital, or corporate finance conceptsBasic understanding of payment rails (ACH, wire transfer, SWIFT) and bank reconciliation processesAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns or discrepancies in transaction dataStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across departmentsA process-oriented, dependable approach — this role rewards consistency and ownership over recurring, operational work rather than one-off projectsInterest in building a long-term career in cash management or finance operationsWhat You’ll GainHands-on, daily exposure to the full cash operations cycleA strong technical foundation in reconciliations, payment processing, and cash reportingCross-functional exposure to Accounting, AP/AR, and FP&AA clear path toward more senior roles within the departmentJob Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $45,000.00 – $54,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
