The Client Billing & Treasury Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of routine functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial areas.

Engage in client focused communication with airline and hotel partners to facilitate billing process.
Maintain aged receivables data and make collection calls as needed.
Respond to accounts receivable questions.
Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing as directed.
Identify payment discrepancies and initiate collection or dispute resolution process; perform follow up procedures as needed.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Perform customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items.
Process credit card payments and credits.
Resolve billing system issues.
Request tax rulings in various destinations as needed.
Coordinate and resolve sales tax issues for various destinations.
Interest in working with numbers and desire to learn.
Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages and ratios.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Discretion and sound judgment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
1-3 years accounting/bookkeeping skills preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills
