Under direct supervision, Identify, analyze, resolve, and communicate potential issues that relate to the cash applications process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide and facilitate training for MSC associates
KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and 1-2 related experience preferred. Experience in Banking, Accounting and/or Customer Service environment preferred. Associate degree preferred. PeopleSoft FS experience preferred.
