Monitoring and execution of global Corporate Treasury and Finance (CTF) guidelines and processes for US, Canada and Mexico.
Close alignment with all CTF process owner.
Being a CTF process owner (globally) for selective tasks.
Monitors and facilitates the daily U.S. cash pool position and conducts activities necessary to arrange short-term investments and financing.
Drives and conducts the integration of North American group company accounts in the cash pool
Advises North American Group companies concerning intercompany loans and executes the respective trades, primarily for Canadian and Mexican subsidiaries, ensuring that the loan structures, documentation and withholding tax are compliant with local tax regulations.
Support CTF process owner in renewal of bank credit facilities for Canadian and Mexican subsidiaries and ensure compliance with stated risk management policy.
Monitors and supports Finance and Treasury Director to manage Corporate and Bank Guarantees processes in the region and manage Surety Bond Program for North America.
Actively manages and conducts the implementation of payment files and account statements in North America (e.g., Host-to-Host connection or SWIFT connection for accounts).
Internally and externally trades FX deals in close alignment with CTF process owner.
Monitors capital structure of US-Based BGs makes recommendations and coordinates capital and long-term financing measures.
Minimum three to five years relevant treasury and financial risk support experience, including experience with cash pooling structures. Insurance experience preferred, not required.
Candidates must be detail oriented and have a high energy level with the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Individual must be highly motivated and capable of identifying and recommending treasury and financial risk strategies.
Working knowledge of treasury workstations, familiarity with JPMorgan ACCESS preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Experience with manufacturing companies preferred.
