RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
What we do:
Corporate Treasury plays a central role in the firms overall strategy with responsibility for providing appropriate funding to support all firmwide activity while maximizing net interest income. The division allocates financial resources, raises funding and capital to support firm activity, and dynamically manages the firms asset liability risk and liquidity portfolio. Corporate Treasury actively engages in public markets and with businesses across the firm, investors, ratings agencies and regulators. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals with strong quantitative analysis skills, interest in portfolio management and a risk management mind set.
Funding and Capital Planning (FCP) is a key department within Corporate Treasury. Working closely with the Treasurer and other members of senior management, FCP is responsible for setting the firms forward funding plan and capital management strategy. The team seeks to optimize the firms funding mix to minimize cost, and sets dynamic capital allocation and deployment strategies to be most efficient with the firms resources. Key aspects of the departments mandate include oversight of the firms funding plan and execution with relevant business across all jurisdictions.
