Director Corporate Expenditures and Treasury Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 7-10 year experience in payroll or accounts payable processing
• 5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Corporate Expenditures and Treasury Management is the organizational lead overseeing health system treasury functions including the administration of Payroll and Accounts Payable.

This position plans, organizes, and manages the operations and activities of a centralized accounts payable and payroll departments. These responsibilities include proactive coordination with vendors and department stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring payment distributions. This position oversees and coordinates all statutory reporting and ensures full compliance with internal, external, legal, and regulatory standards including federal and state tax returns. The director consults with vendors regarding payable and payroll issues, ensures confidentiality of all payroll records, and implements established control procedures for disbursing all checks to employees. Additionally, this role supports organizational leadership in the planning and execution of treasury operations initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 year experience in payroll or accounts payable processing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires desk/computer work for a majority of the time. Requires some walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20lbs.
