We’re looking for a Director of Treasury to provide strategic oversight and help shape the future of our treasury operation. You will be a vital leader in our global treasury team and we welcome your experience and expertise.
Lead and execute strategies establishing global treasury and finance operations solutions
Drive cash management initiatives aimed at increasing the scalability and automation within operations
Responsible for managing global cash management and bank administration initiatives
Represent the Treasury group on new business initiates, cross-divisional teams and working groups
Work to improve bank related services, driving lower costs and optimization of global bank account structure
Partner with tax, legal and corporate controllers on various liquidity initiatives.
Provide treasury expertise as it relates to technical issues in the areas of financial account reporting and corporate tax and other areas
Improve overall treasury controls and visibility
Work closely with internal audit on establishing / maintaining controls across global treasury functions including the update and maintenance of corporate treasury policies
Connect banking partners to implement best practices to standardize process and drive greater efficiencies
Build working knowledge of the treasury workstation
Leverage treasury workstation to build dynamic reporting for leadership
Oversight over global cash flow forecasting process
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years related experience required.
Proven ability to build an organization and to develop and implement solutions without clear precedents.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills are required along with a track record of building strong internal and external business relationships, and an ability to communicate vision, strategies, issues and action plans to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive experience in a Treasury at a large multinational company
Experience and understanding of international tax and treasury concepts and challenges
Leadership and collaboration skills to ensure Treasury objectives are communicated and understood, support for M&A activities and other cross functional Treasury initiatives
Proficiency working in and building out treasury workstations
Ability to liaise and develop alliances with our key partners in Tax, Legal, Corporate Development, FP&A, and International business units
Available to travel globally
