You will guide a team of analysts, providing strategic insights to senior leadership and driving decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for building robust financial models, preparing leadership and Board presentations, managing banking relationships, and overseeing cash flow and capital structure. Rooted in Our Values you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial performance, strengthen controls and deliver actionable analysis that drives results.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to FP&A and Treasury teams, ensuring engagement and development of analystsManage the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecast processes including timelines, tools and stakeholder coordinationLead preparation of monthly financial statements, KPI reporting, dashboards and variance analysis for leadership reviewPrepare quarterly Board and senior leadership presentations with insights and recommendationsDevelop and maintain long-range strategic financial planning modelsPartner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, review variances and provide recommendations to improve resultsLead scenario modeling and ad-hoc analysis to support investments, contracts, operations and business developmentManage capital planning, approval and reporting processes, including review of business casesServe as administrator of financial reporting systems including user security, database maintenance and report developmentDrive continuous improvement in FP&A and treasury processes including forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and system utilizationManage company cash and treasury operations including credit facilities and banking relationshipsAnalyze interest rate risk and recommend strategies for optimizing debt structure and currency exposureSupport CFO in evaluating capital structure including debt/equity mix, refinancing alternatives and liquidity planningBuild and execute business intelligence strategy focusing on predictive and prescriptive analyticsCollaborate with accounting, tax and operations teams to ensure alignment on financial data and reporting integrityContribute to M&A activities including due diligence, integration and financial modelingMonitor economic trends and industry benchmarks to provide context for financial performanceEducationBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related fieldExperience And/or Training12+ years of experience in finance, treasury or business analytics5+ years in a management or leadership roleProven experience with complex financial modeling and forecasting methodsStrong background in ERP, financial planning and BI systems (JD Edwards, Planful, Power BI, Salesforce)Experience collaborating across functions to drive resultsKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced Excel and financial system proficiency with experience building models and dashboardsEffective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels including Board-level presentationsAbility to lead, coach and develop a high-performing teamProven ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendationsCollaborative mindset with ability to build strong cross-functional partnershipsMBA or advanced degree in finance, economics or related fieldExperience in a manufacturing or privately held company environmentHands-on M&A experience including due diligence and integrationTrack record of implementing predictive analytics and BI solutions in FP&APhysical, Mental, Environmental DemandsFrequent sitting, talking, hearing and use of hands to handle or touch objects, tools or controlsOccasional standing and walkingOccasional lifting and moving of up to 20 pounds such as files or small packagesClose vision and ability to adjust focusContinuous reasoning, decision-making and math skills Work performed in an office environment with moderate noise levelsRoleThe anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $174,000 – $208,000 annually.
