About Our Client

Our client is an international renown company active in a niche market based in Romandie which is recruiting a Head of Corporate Finance.

Job Description

This position will handle all funding sources, capital structuring and investment decisions. The job is divided in 3 parts, with a predominance of treasury responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of long- and short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management
• Define and develop cash management and global treasury systems and procedures to ensure and maintain sufficient liquidity at competitive cost
• Assist with developing strategies and executing the Group initiatives to deliver the company’s long term financial objectives by providing capital structure and corporate financial management recommendations
• Serves as financial and business development consultant
• Lead the financial assessment of new business opportunities and acquisitions
• Contribute to the pension funds wealth management
• Recommend and implement adequate insurance coverage to protect Group assets and activities

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years of experience
• University degree in Finance and/or Business Administration
• Broader accounting and controlling experience is a nice to have
• Out of all corporate finance competences, treasury experience, investment structuring and team management are a must have
• International experience required
• Experience in family-owned company is a plus
• French and English
• Ability to work under pressure
