Responsible for review and oversight function for existing treasury management systems, including, but not limited to negotiation on treasury management services, development of treasury management infrastructures to improve reporting of cash positions and cost-effective bank service fees.
Administer the Kyriba Treasury Management System and all banking portals.
Recommend streamlined and cost-effective bank account structures and make recommendations to senior management.
Evaluate and recommend short term investment options, monitor investments, and make recommendations to diversify portfolios to senior management.
Oversee cash management activities, including daily reporting of cash balances and activities and verification ACH and wire transfers.
Assist with intercompany activities related to loans/advances, interest calculations and fund transfers.
Interface with Ilitch business units to create short and long-term cash flow projections. Review all cash processes and procedures to ensure consistency and recommends revisions that comply with Certified Treasury Professionals best practices.
Keep current on new treasury concepts, regulations or legislation and its impact on current work procedures.
Monitor foreign exchange markets, analyze corporate exposures or liabilities, and make recommendations for change.
Develop Treasury budgets and provide guidance on interest income assumptions for annual budgeting process.
Review and maintain letters of credit as appropriate.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis as requested.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelors degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Minimum of five (5) years treasury and cash management experience including treasury policies, practices and systems and management services, cash reporting, investments, and cash flow projections.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles (i.e. GAAP), practices and reporting of financial data.
Previous experience in an audit or oversight role with the ability to identify deviances from standard practices and procedures.
Demonstrated analytical skills and evidence of ability to evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Evidence of ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with others.
Proof of highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the capability to communicate to a wide audience.
High level of computer proficiency (including Excel) and financial reporting systems, preferably Kyriba.
Ability to travel and adhere to corporate travel policies.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional or Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Association of Financial Professionals membership
This position will work in a cubicle environment with occasional local travel.
