About the Department and Team:
McDonalds Treasury seeks to drive business growth and enhance stakeholder value by providing world-class global financial leadership and expertise to the McDonalds System. Guided by McDonalds Values, the Treasury team works as trusted business partners to protect and build the McDonalds brand by maximizing System access to capital and liquidity, safeguarding Company assets, managing financial risks, and providing the business with financial counsel, education and expertise to make informed decisions.
The Director will lead a team of professionals responsible for providing exceptional treasury management services to McDonalds while also contributing to strategic direction of the overall Treasury Department. This role provides a dynamic mix of treasury operations and strategic initiatives that contribute to McDonalds success. The Director will interact with key partners across Global Finance, Legal, IT and the Business Segments and will be empowered to transform group capabilities through continuous improvement. The Director will also have responsibility for managing commercial relationships with strategic banking, treasury management and technology partners.
