Executive Assistant, Treasury Risk Management

• 3+ years experience assisting at the leadership level in a fast paced environment or equivalent
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio and PowerPoint
• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings and events.

Job summary

Amazon is seeking a creative, resourceful, organized and self-motivate Executive Assistant.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize as needed. The Executive Assistant will be supporting the VP, Treasurer and Treasury Risk Management organization along with the lead EA. A successful candidate will be also able to facilitate large meetings with multiple presenters and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Key job responsibilities

• Build relationships with other Executive Assistants within and outside the org
• Support efforts to organize team meetings and social events
• Lead contact for any building-related issues or moves
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and trip schedules
• Provide additional support to the extended teams as needed

About the team

The Treasury and Risk Management organization oversees cash management, investments, foreign exchange, capital structure, compliance and controllership, and enterprise risk management for the company. We support business initiatives and act as internal consultants to the business and operating teams, focusing on improving liquidity, mitigating risk, improving efficiency and productivity, and building customer value.
