We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in treasury within a dynamic and supportive environment.As a key member of the Treasury function, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate cash management, effective banking processes, and strong financial controls across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions and assist with short-term cash flow forecastingPrepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanciesSupport the processing of payments, including supplier payments, payroll, and intercompany transfersMaintain banking documentation and assist with the opening, closing, and management of bank accountsAssist in managing company credit cards, expense claims, and treasury-related recordsPrepare treasury reports for senior management, including cash movements, balances, and variance analysisSupport compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirementsLiaise with internal teams and external banking partners as requiredContribute to continuous improvements within treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyAbout YouExperience in a finance or treasury-related role is preferred (or a strong interest in treasury operations)Strong numerical accuracy with excellent attention to detailGood understanding of basic accounting principlesProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling financial dataHighly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationshipsA proactive, analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and developProgress towards, or interest in, professional qualifications such as AAT or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) is advantageousIn return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution, 4 x annual salary life insurance and Medicash.At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
