Hours of Work: 35 Hours Monday to Friday On A 9 Month Secondment
Salary: 28,000 Per Annum

Its an exciting time to join the Finance and Treasury team as we begin our transformation project to improve efficiencies and automation activities across the function. During this secondment you will undertake BAU change activities to drive maximum efficiency and consistency across all areas of the Finance and Treasury teams.
What you’ll be doing
Youll support and promote improvements in Finance & Treasury processes by:
Using data and evidence to challenge existing processes.
Identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the functional teams within the department.
Deriving new methods with a focus on efficiency and consistency across similar processes.
Implementing changes in line with an agreed prioritisation schedule / backlog of tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in a change environment and adapt to more agile ways of working.
Youll need to have a high level of attention to detail alongside a technical ability in a range of software systems and applications. Youll balance this with the ability to build effective relationships within the team and wider organisation in order to achieve shared objectives.
The key competencies for this role are:
Understanding of the Societys data sources
Understanding of the controls required within Finance and Treasury processes
Experience supporting change activity
Experience contributing to the testing of new systems
