You will be joining the Treasury team who are responsible for the sourcing, management and optimisation of liquidity and capital to deliver high value risk management decisions.
The Treasury FTP function plays a key role in enabling Treasury to price and commercially steer the firms financial resources in all environments following a risk-based approach. FTP team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective FTP framework globally.
You will gain exposure to senior business and Treasury management as well as most of the Banks businesses (including Front Office and Finance). You will also gain exposure to products, enabling a steep learning curve.

Your key responsibilities
Support continuous optimisation of various aspects of firms FTP framework, Support sound governance around FTP related processes
Manage FTP Council agenda and preparation in close cooperation with stakeholders across Treasury
Assist with engagement with businesses and stakeholders across Finance, Audit and Treasury on FTP related topics
Supporting the design and build of the Global Treasury FTP framework across Corporate and Investment Banking and Private and Commercial Banking
Building strong relationships throughout Treasury and Treasury Finance to ensure effective management of the liquidity account, Engaging daily with the business on FTP methodology and cost allocations
Your skills and experience
Keen to explore a career within Treasury and learn across Treasury teams
Able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment; A structured approach to problem solving
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage various stakeholders across all levels
Experience within Banking and Finance (ideally Treasury) would be beneficial, as would Project Management Support experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, with competence in Excel / PowerPoint required, understanding of Tableau and/or knowledge of Python a plus
