Location: Chicago, IL

The Futures Commodity Treasury Associate works directly with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to ensure

daily financial compliance with regulatory requirements of a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). The candidate

will report directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the daily segregated and secured CFTC regulatory filings.

• Preparation of monthly management reports.

• Prepare daily bank and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Reconciliation of Give-ups execution and clearing.

• Assist in the month end process with monthly journal entries.

• Support regulatory audits and inquiries.

• Prepare ad hoc reporting and various projects as needed.

• Position will liaise with other departments, including operations and compliance, as well as the President

and COO as required.

Candidate Skills/Requirements:

• B.S Accounting required.

• 2+ years futures industry experience, preferably at a Futures Commission Merchant, other futures registrant or

regulatory agency. New grads are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of NFA, CFTC, Exchange, and other SRO rules preferred.

• Self-motivated, high level of dependability, organization, attention to detail, and strong writing skills required.

Candidate must be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point is required.

Access skills are a plus.
