Job Description Summary
Our Global Treasury Analyst is responsible for the movement of global daily cash flows, including reconciling and proposing cash positions, executing all electronic fund transfers and international payments, establishing, and maintaining target bank balances, forecasting payment needs, investigation and resolution of exceptions and daily liquidity reporting.
Complete reconciliation of prior day and compile and propose daily cash position and next day estimate.
Review and initiate daily movement of global cash, including initiate electronic fund transfers and international payments and maintaining target balances to meet liquidity needs.
Compile forecasted payments needs.
Compile and propose resolution of cash surplus and deficiencies based on policies and cash management objectives.
Create and distribute daily liquidity and debt report.
Administer and maintain standard user entitlement access for all Banking platforms.
Prioritize and ensure all inquiries are answered and problems resolved in a timely manner.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Assists in preparation of compliance reports such as FBAR, FATCA, etc.
Support bank account management activity, including open/close accounts and updating account services.
Review and coach business partners on appropriate transaction types and processes.
Support various projects, system upgrades and implementations, and process improvements.
Engage with bank, client service representatives to resolve payment issues and bank platform functionality.
Participates in bank relationship management discussions on bank services.
Complete periodic requests for Fleet information and user access to portal information.
Perform other duties, including process improvement projects as assigned
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
2+ years of experience in domestic and international treasury/cash management or banking field preferred.
Treasury management system and bank software experience a plus.
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meet commitments within strict deadlines.
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and team-working skills including ability to develop collaborative relationships across various functional areas both internally and externally.
Proficient PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including familiarity with online banking systems and general ledger/financial reporting systems.
Ability to sit for long durations of time to attend meetings and complete tasks.
Minimal Travel Required, less than 10%.
