Group Treasury Analyst

To strengthen our Group Finance & Risk department, we are looking for a:

Group Treasury Analyst
(1-year fixed-term)

ROLE

• Prepare daily cash management reports and short term estimated cash position for Swiss entities
• Handle foreign exchange and derivative transactions
• Establish monthly cash-flow forecasts, intercompany loans agreement and related interest invoices, monthly exchange rates and contribute to bank reports
• Manage internal and external funding requirements
• Follow-up cash level of affiliates, liquidity needs and handle other treasury matters
• Maintain TMS data and reports and contribute to the development of the tool (Bellin TM5/Coupa Treasury)
• Develop dash boards and reports for various on-demand analyses in Treasury and Risk Management filed
• Prepare compliance documentation for banks and finance partners
• Manage internal compliance documentation
• Support trade finance activities

PROFILE

• Bachelor in finance, management or equivalent
• At least three years experience in a financial position
• Knowledge in accounting or consolidation an asset
• Strong motivation to develop skills in Treasury and Risk Management
• Proficiency on Excel and MS Office tools, exposure to treasury tool (e.g Bellin/Coupa)
• Analytical mind-set and team spirit with a strong customer orientation and ability to deliver efficiently
• Fluency in English and French, other languages a plus
